Hi All,

In addition to the entry that Dave has written, I thought I would also add some photo documentation of what we have been up to.

Here is Dave and I just about to leave for the airport. We really had no idea what we were doing or what we were in for. Yet so hopeful.

Here is our first night in Munich. The waitress in the background spoke no English and we had only our German phrase book to guide us. Fortunately it is understood in Germany that when you sit a table in a restaurant, somebody will bring you a beer.

 Oktoberfest was obviously off the hook. In the picture on the bottom, we are seated about mid-way through a giant building. Just one of many.

This is Prague. It is beautiful. We stayed there for about 5 days and totally fell in love. In the bottom picture we are sipping wine at a winery located at the top of a giant hill, overlooking the city.

While in Prague we heard about renting mo-peds. It really was the best way to explore the city - that is after we got used to the crazy driving in the Czech Republic.

And here we are in the Prague train station about to board for Berlin. We are yet to take any pictures here but that will soon change! More to come.
